1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Beaky Blinders ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using our website, www.beaky-blinders.co.uk (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must exit the website immediately. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders can only be placed through our website’s automated process; we do not accept orders via phone, email, or social media.

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Payments are processed via SumUp, and we do not store any payment details. We are only notified of successful or unsuccessful transactions.

3. Order Cancellation

Every order is made to order and classed as a bespoke item, meaning there is no automatic right to cancel once an order has been placed.

Orders can be cancelled up to 3 working days prior to our delivery day (Tuesday). If your order was placed within 3 working days of our delivery date, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order is cancelled within the permitted timeframe, a full refund will be provided, minus any payment processing fees incurred by our payment provider.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are only granted if goods are damaged, faulty, or tampered with upon arrival.

To report an issue, please email beaky-blinders@hotmail.com with supporting information and photographic evidence within 2 days of receiving the goods.

We may request the return of faulty goods via recorded delivery, and if found defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7-10 working days to appear in your account.

Refunds will not be provided for missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or delays caused by the postal service.

5. Product Selection & Allergens

All of our products are Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Soya-Free.

Savoury goods may contain sulphites; customers are responsible for checking ingredient listings before purchasing.

We do not use gluten, wheat, dairy, or soya in our products; however, they are produced in an environment where nuts are stored separately.

Customers must ensure they select the correct allergens when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect allergen selections.

6. Product Descriptions & Specifications

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and photographs are accurate.

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen resolution, and we cannot guarantee exact color matching.

We reserve the right to adjust dimensions, descriptions, specifications, and quantities without prior notice.

7. Storage, Reheating & Freezing Guidelines

Baked goods can be stored as per the indicated shelf life on our product page.

Savoury products can be stored in the fridge and reheated using:

Microwave: May soften pastry.
-
Air fryer: 170-200°C for 4-8 minutes.

Oven: 170-200°C for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Freezing: Savoury products can be frozen for up to 3 months. Ensure they are fully defrosted before reheating.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are a small-scale independent producer, and all products are subject to availability.

We make no guarantees that our website will always be available or free from faults.

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by UK law.

9. Gift Vouchers & Discount Codes

Only one gift voucher or discount code can be used per order.

If the order value is greater than the voucher amount, the balance must be paid.

No change is given if the voucher amount exceeds the order value.

10. Complaints Procedure

Customers must check their order immediately upon receipt.

Any complaints regarding damaged, incorrect, or incomplete goods must be reported within 2 days.
