What have you got that Gluten and Dairy Free?
EVERYTHING!! Absolutely every product we make is Gluten, Dairy and Soya Free.
Are you a "May Contain" kitchen?
No, we are a 100% Gluten and Dairy Free kitchen. We are both Gluten and Dairy intolerant so
there is no need for it in our kitchen.
Obviously we cannot speak for our manufacturers of our ingredients we use but to the best of
our knowledge, research and selection of ingredients our products we make are Coeliac/Dairy
and Soya allergy Safe.
Whats the difference between Plant Based / Vegan and Dairy Free?
So our Plant Based/Vegan range contain no egg, making them Egg Free aswell.
We use the SAME Plant Based chocolate and Plant Based spread in BOTH our Brownies and
Blondies, the only difference being, when listed as Plant Based/Vegan is that it contains no egg.
But please don't let the word Vegan deter you from trying, after all... If you were to taste an egg
in cake we'd be seriously concerned!
Whats a Blondie?
It's a blonde version of a brownie, so it doesn't contain cocoa powder. Blondies are a fudgy, sweeter treat.
How long have you been going?
We started Beaky Blinders in September 2021.
Where are you based?
We are a Free From baking business based in Lymington, New Forest.
Can you freeze your goods?
Yes, absolutely! You can freeze everything we make. Just thaw it out completely and enjoy!
Do you do Postal Orders?
Yes, we can ship our Blondies/Brownies anywhere around the UK. These are sent using Royal
Mail 1st Class. Please see our store section and T&C's on our website for more details and purchasing.
We cannot post celebration cakes or cupcakes.
We are currently undergoing trialling to ship our savoury options aswell, so keep your eyes
peeled on our store for updates!
Why are you called Beaky Blinders?
So when we met, Em used to call Nat's nose a beak and said one day we should have a
business called Beaky Blinders. So here we are... Nat is the beak and Em is the Blinder! She
does make a Blinding great Brownie!
Where can we find you?
We have a regular Saturday spot at Lymington Market each week although our events will vary
throughout the year, especially during the summer.

Do you do Birthday cakes?
Yes, we do celebration cakes for all occasions. Our booking slots fill up pretty quick and we do
require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. We always try and accommodate for requests, so if we
are fully booked and it's not a cake we can offer, there's always Brownie/Blondie slabs for that
special occasion.

Do you supply to other companies?
YES! We currently supply to a local Cafe in Hythe called Number 15. We have Supplied to other Coffee shops in Lymington, Waterlooville.
We are always looking for new places to supply our stock, so if you have any preferences on where you'd like to see us, let us know!
