Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all UK and Northern Ireland addresses using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to other parts of Ireland.

2. Dispatch and Delivery Schedule

  • Our postal days are Tuesdays only.

  • Orders must be placed by midnight Friday to be dispatched on the upcoming Tuesday.

  • Orders placed after midnight Friday will be automatically rolled over to the following Tuesday’s dispatch date. We will not contact you regarding this, so please ensure your order is placed on time.

  • Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days, as Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery but may take longer due to postal service delays.

3. Delivery Method & Packaging

  • Baked goods are packaged in standard postal boxes designed to fit through most letter boxes.

  • Savoury goods are packed in compostable film, inside an insulated bag with ice packs to keep them chilled for at least 48 hours.

  • Orders of savoury goods contain 4 pieces of the same flavour per box, with no mix-and-match options.

  • Multiple savoury orders will be charged separately for postage due to packaging requirements.

4. Delivery Responsibility & Missed Deliveries

  • You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.

  • Royal Mail will send you a text message/email with updates and the option to rearrange delivery or provide a safe place.

  • If you or your nominee are unavailable to receive the delivery and the parcel is returned or held at a depot, we are not responsible for missed deliveries.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or delivery delays outside our control.

5. Delivery Disclaimer

  • Once dispatched, orders are considered out of our control, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

  • You will have full control over your order once you receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

  • We do not guarantee specific delivery dates and cannot be held responsible for any service delays.

6. Special Handling for Savoury Products

  • Our savoury products require refrigeration upon arrival.

  • These products can be reheated in a microwave, air fryer, or oven. For best results:

    • Microwave: May soften pastry.

    • Air fryer: 170-200°C for 4-8 minutes.

    • Oven: 170-200°C for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • Freezing: Savoury products can be frozen for up to 3 months. Ensure they are fully defrosted before reheating.
